Bill Webb

Bill is the founder and managing partner of Legacy Management. His more than 25 years of non-profit and charitable experience represents the backbone of the organization. His idea of leveraging his own personal and professional relationships to give back to others lead to the development of Legacy, a unique professional practice that combines the significant spheres of influence of pro athletes, pro and college coaches, celebrities, high wealth individuals, and business executives, with the desire to positively impact the communities in which they operate. 

While focusing on the growth and operation of Legacy, Bill’s interests are varied. He is nationally-recognized leadership speaker and author of the book “Igniting the Blue Flame; Answering the Call to Leadership.”  Previously, he spent a decade in Austin, Texas as the chief lobbyist and chief executive officer of a state-wide trade association representing the transportation industry prior to his time as an operating partner in a New-York based private equity firm. In his role at Legacy, he has worked with dozens of high-impact iindividuals and organizations to craft and execute charitable and branding strategies that move the needle from both business and cultural perspectives.

Ben Heidger

Ben has been a practicing Sports Pyschologist for 25 years with extensive experience and contacts at the professional, collegieate, high school, and junior levels, specializing in helping athletes along the path from good to great. 

A two-sport athlete in college, he has coached at the high school, club, and collegiate levels. As a Sports Pyshcologist, his athletes have won on every level. He has worked directly with teams and individuals that have won PGA championships, Olympic Gold Medals, NCAA championships, Conference championships, Individual championships, and goal achievement at every level. 

Ben's clientale includes top-tier executives, emerging leaders, professional and amateur athletes, and high-potential individuals and now utilizes that extensive network in his role at Legacy to develop strategiies and solutions related to charitable and branding opportunities for his clients.
